I hope the fight ends soon also..But with a good ending not just some, Naruto beats Yahiko, meets Nagato, kills Nagato.

Hehe, really? So how have they built their deck? Based entirely on BEWD? BESD, damn, that thing is really hard to summon the old fashioned way (fusion summon BEUD with three BEWD, then tribute)...it's a powerhouse, but kinda limited in that it only negates targeted effects, that's what I hate about the card.

Yeah, it's supposed to end next week, but I dunno. Though having a character like Pain killed off would be a loss...and I hope Naruto doesn't end the fight by talking to and convincing Nagato >.>

maybe he will convince Nagato, but he'll probably die after that anyway

I don't think it's based around BEWD. It's just a dragon deck. It has 3 BEWD, Shining BEWD, obviously the fusion, but it also has Armed Dragon 4-7 and stuff. I didn't play him..well I did but he's hasn't played since it came out so my attention wasn't on him but the better players as it was like a four-way duel. And my King of Skull Servants outclassed his Shining BEWD so he couldn't attack.

He'll probably die by Madara like people have said. Though I doubt he'll die at Konoha.

Yea, I don't think Nagato will be kept around to help Naruto build a better world. Though it would be cool to see Gaara, Nagato, and Naruto all working together...After they all gang up and kill Sasuke so he can't be part of their group of people with terrible lives that have decided to change the world for the better.

Nice, a four way duel. Did you raise KOSS' attack higher than BESD? Speaking of which, his highest atk, is it 5000 or 8000? I remember a support card for it being released in Light of D...so I think it's 8000 now. You should also use Opti-Camouflage Armor, if your main way to deal damage is by attacking.

Why would Madara kill him though?

It's 8000, which I have the cards to make him, but he was only up to like 6000. I don't have that card though that card would be great to have. I usually equip him with big bang shot so I can hurt monsters that are in defense. Four-way duels are fun though it sucks when you get a bad draw with no monster cards, or weak monsters, and so three people attack you. Though the hardest deck I've faced to date is my ex-girlfriends who uses Dark World monsters mixed with Destiny Board and Dark Necrofear.

Well if Nagato turns, and realizes Madara is just using him I figured he'd either try to stop Madara because he used him, or Madara would just kill him for betraying him. Since if Naruto doesn't kill him, and nobody else has the power to...And I doubt Kishi would have Sasuke do it.

Yeah, thought so, and with that card, it's an OTK if you can build him up that way.
You could also try Twin Swords of Flashing Light + Big Bang Shot.
What format do you follow? Or do you just play Casual duels, where no cards are forbidden?
Hehe, Dark World, Reign Beaux can be a beast if played right, and Goldd is also superb. Did you win against her? (Dammit, we should probably take the Yu-Gi-Oh stuff to the off topic thread >.>😉

Nagato has his own goal with the tailed beasts though, so he's most likely not going to turn, unless Naruto uses his powers of convincing people they are wrong >.>

I'd really like to get 3 KOSS out with 6000 atk a piece. That would be killer. The only problem is I have nothing to counter Mirror Force which some people I know play. And it depends. Sometimes its traditional, sometime it's advanced. A friend puts together a tournament sometimes, and sometimes he makes a forbidden/limited listed to follow. And no I don't think I've ever won against her but she doesn't have Reign Beaux.. I've won against just about any other deck I've faced at least once. I hate crystal beast decks though. And yea we probably should take it to Off topic thread. lol

See that's what I'm hoping, Naruto uses his powers of convincing people to see things his way. Besides Nagato only wants the beast to use his nuke to make a false peace. If Naruto can persuade him he's wrong and that there is a better way he'd have no reason for them. Besides I doubt Madara has Pein's plan in mind once he gets the beast. I feel Madara's going to betray Nagato in the end anyway.

Yep, I'll reply to your post there.

Yeah, I guess so, though Naruto converting villains to his cause is fairly Deus Ex Machina like. I just hope the conflict is resolved in the next chapter, and if Naruto talks to Nagato, it'll most likely be in the chapter after next.

Well he hasn't really done it to many villains. Just Gaara. But I guess he's done it to plenty of people, starting with the old guy at the start of the manga until the whole village started liking him. But still that's just what I like about Naruto himself. His ability to change people. He even did it to Sasuke for a bit until Sasuke realized how strong Naruto was. And that's what's worse. Outta all the people he could change, and has the one he wanted the most to change he couldn't.

And Haku 😬...but yeah, I exaggerated.
Still, doing it to Nagato would be Deus Ex Machina like 😛

On a side note, why do a lot of peopl hate Sasuke? Before he found out the truth about Itachi, his apparent 'emoness' was justified imo. Or is it just because he's gotten more attention than most characters lately?

Well Haku never was changed by Naruto. Haku was always nice. He didn't kill Sasuke because he wasn't a killer.

It's because of Sasuke's superiority complex..or at least it is with me. And his leaving Konoha just for power. Sure him wanting revenge is justified..but ditching his friends, trying to kill Naruto, and all that just for the sake of power really..isn't justified. Plus all the power that keeps getting handed to him in part 2 with all the fights he wins by sheer circumstances. And then he finds out the truth, and what's the first thing he does...Decides to attack his old friends and village.

I don't like Sasuke because of the Sasuke Retrieval Arc. Best Arc of Part 1 because it had all the other students in it. Shikamaru, Neji, Lee, even Kiba. They all got fights. And they all had good ones.

And they all almost died, and Sasuke didn't give a shit.

Haku was a killer, an assassin. Meh, it's been a long time since I've watched the that arc >.>

Well, he did want the power to kill Itachi. He was always a loner. Imo, it becomes a little easier to sympathize with his actions if you take into account that this situation was forced on him. He's like the tragic character of Naruto, he just hasn't realized his mistakes.

imo, after he learnt the truth, Madara's subtle influence drove Sasuke to decide to attack Konoha...though I wonder what will happen after he learns Pain destroyed most of the village.

Haku wasn't a killer though. He had a gentle nature, Zabuza just used him, though Haku knew and let him.

Yes, but Sasuke chose to be a loner. He had plenty of people to care for him, and everything like that. He could've had everything even when his clan was killed but chose to hate everything, and never grew up. Meanwhile what Sasuke could've had but thrown away Naruto was trying to get.

Agreed to some extent, he has made huge mistakes. It takes a great deal of strength to get over your parents' death, even more if it's a close relative that committed the murder. He didn't get as crazy as Gaara (whose past is more similar to Sasuke's than Naruto's, barring the Jinchurikii factor) did prior to his fight with Naruto, but I will concede that Sasuke should never have forsaken his friends the way he did.

He was also in a way, goaded into hating everything, due to Itachi's words, his hatred at that point for Itachi knew no bounds, and imo, that's probably how it extended to nearly everything.

On a side note, his realization that his team mates are more than just pawns, how do you think that will factor in? Will it affect how he views his ties with Naruto and co? Or will he truly value his new team?

Eh I think Gaara's past is more like Naruto's. Everybody hating and wanting to kill him. The only difference is nobody tried to kill Naruto. All Gaara has in common with Sasuke was when Gaara's uncle said he had always hated Gaara. The one person Gaara cared about most betraying him.

Wasn't Itachi's words more along the lines of just hating Itachi? Sasuke still could've hated Itachi and tried to seek revenge while relying on others to help him. I think that's the reason Sasuke has always failed he won't rely on others. I think that's what defines the difference between Shikamaru being able to avenge Asuma. Shikamaru relied on help. It wasn't as big as Sasuke's whole clan dying, and brother turning on him but Asuma was more like a father to him than Shika's father was, and he set out on a quest to avenge him. Though Shika didn't try to do it alone.

The thing is...I don't think Sasuke ever truly dropped his bonds with Team 7..just more hides them from himself, and tries to convince himself he doesn't care. So I think if he finds out Pein destroyed the village, and killed/nearly killed Kakashi he's going to get angry..Though he'll probably end up doing something stupid like always because he can't grow up.

Yep, hating Itachi only, then I thought that that hatred somehow extended to everyone else that he felt had wronged him.

Yeah, I guess you're right...though while Sasuke's actions and decisions are too extreme, the root of all his actions stems from events beyond his control (aka the killing of his clan by Itachi, and Itachi being forced to kill them by Konoha), which is why I view him as a tragic character (like a tragic hero)

Heh, that's interesting, though I thought Sasuke had pretty much severed those ties consciously, as in they still somewhat existed subconsciously, but he wasn't aware of it, or is that something like what you said.
Anyway, he pretty much tried to kill Naruto and Sakura, it's only after the fight with KB that he realized just how much he needs a team.

One more thing, Konoha was formed through the union of the Uchiha & the Senju right? If so, the claim that the Uchiha are descended from the Hyuuga is not true, since the Hyuuga are part of Konoha.
Unless of course, somewhere along the line, the Hyuuga, who were an ancient and seperate clan decided to join.

Sure he has a tragic life, and all that. But he makes it seem like he's the only one.

I don't think he would've killed Sakura when she was attacking him when they met in Part 2. Put her out of the fight sure but not kill her. Sasuke has barely killed anybody. I think his fight with KB just knocked some of that pride he had..like Lee beating him did. Because he doesn't have a reason for such foolish pride. And his pride is what I think keeps him from admitting he needs people.

Konoha only formed like 90 years ago. They Sharingan probably came to be long before then as there was a large clan of them.

Except for that massive load of ninja's that he killed, shortly before he killed Oro.

I don't remember him killing anybody until Oro and some after. I remember him knocking out a bunch of guys but when did he kill?
