basilisk is like ninja scroll, naruto is on the other end of the ninja spectrum of that since it's more "un ninja like" (vibrant colors, modern elements, city destroying power).

if ninja scroll is on one end and naruto is on the other, nabari is close to naruto.

How is Nabari on Naruto's end of the spectrum of ninjaish anime with Basilisk and Ninja Scroll being on opposite ends? If anything Basilisk is closer to the Naruto end of the spectrum than Nabari.

Well, I've seen boh Ninja Scroll and Basilisk (I read Basilisk too, from start to finish). Basilisk is more like Ninja Scroll than Naruto, imo. They have special powers and abilities...but......everything else is similar to Ninja Scroll. (They even have the eye techniques going on in Basilisk.)

It just feels dark and the setting is more period appropriate, etc. Seemed more like Ninja Scroll. I'll give you the abilities being Naruto like, but everything else was more like Ninja scroll...well......Even Ninja scroll was similar in that respect. So, really, Basilisk is very much like Ninja Scroll. They are not on opposite ends, though. Naruto has more of an American comic feel to it compared to the other two.

So, Nabari looked like a helluva lot like Naruto when I saw the preview. Even the sealed power with the tattoo like markings growing on him looked like the Orochimaru seal thing. It looked so much like Naruto that I thought it was a parody of Naruto.

I do agree that Naruto, Basilisk, and Ninja Scroll are on the same end. It's not really a more American feel Naruto has just a much lighter tone. Basilisk and Ninja Scroll has the dark, death tone while Naruto is less about everybody killing everybody.

Eh Naruto wasn't the first thing to have things sealed inside. And that's really the only comparison to Naruto there is. Sure there is some characters that are similar but pretty much every anime has somebody who is like somebody else.

So? Besides it's the power of their love that shall win friendship was just something to replace the word love with. 😛

I prefer Naruto to make Sasuke see the light, and get Sasuke back to the way he was during the Chunnin Exams. Cocky, annoying, but with friends, and not so bent of revenge. But with Naruto being how he is now, he'll never change Sasuke.

I want Naruto to put Sasuke down.

Who knows, perhaps more PIS will occur and Naruto will change Sasuke with words. Or Naruto will grow some balls and Sasuke's ass to make him see the light.
(So long as he doesn't stand over Sasuke's body and say "I should have been the one to fill your soul with LIGHHHHHHHHHHHHTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!)

Personally, I hope Kishi does something unexpected, like have Sasuke deal the final blow at the cost of his Sharingan or something like that. I really do not want Naruto to be the one to finish off Madara.

At the same time, I do not want them to finish Madara off together with some combo attack >__>.
