Hmm. Yeah...it was a freudian slip. As I was lovin' too much on Danzo....teehee. But, Danzo may have lost an arm and replaced it with that frankengan arm. In fact, didn't someone mention something about that part of his body being someone else's chakra? (Meaning, he replaced part of his head, shoulder, and arm, all in one piece.)
And, yeah, they could be regular three tomoe sharingans. But, they are not like regular ones. Most of them look similar to Itachi's mangekyo sharingan.
But, after you said what you said, I doubted myself. So, I looked at them for a long time. Some look more "Itachi-esque mangekyou sharingan", and others look like very poorly drawn 3-tomoe sharingan.
There's at least 3 on his arm that look like the mangekyo sharingan. Take a look.

Just the right arm and the right eye. Compliments of Shisui. It's how he was able to use that kickass jutsu and control Mifune.
Sneaky; when you put it that way, Danzo did in fact technically lose his arm sly...Though you were talking about this chapter.

None of them look anything like Itachi's MS. Itachi's did not have a black dot/pupil in the centre, nor did it have a circle surrounding the centre dot and connecting the tomoe. Itachi's MS tomoe were all fully connected to the centre dot.
3 definitely look like normal Sharingans.
The ones in his palm, in between the bandage wrappings, and just next to the bandage wrappings.
In each of those, there's at least one tomoe that looks like the tomoe in a normal one. Considering the Sharingan is always symmetric about the centre dot, the other two tomoe must also be the same.
The partially obscured sharingan at the top has only a single normal tomoe visible, but so is the black centre dot and a curving line that appears to be part of that connecting circle found in a Sharingan.
The other two are very sketchy/badly drawn, I'll admit. Though I can make out a proper tomoe in the centre one; we then have the black centre dot and the connecting circle which is also the case with the last one.
Unless Danzo has somehow genetically experimented on these eyes and changed one or two tomoe in each eye, they are normal Sharingans as far as looks go.

all i know is, the next chapter is going to be epic.
i'm predicting danzou has a huge hax ability(s) since he stored his power for so long. the gauntlet thing isn't there for fashion purposes, it has to be something huge since his whole arm must be kept not only bandaged but also locked up. (his eye, like kakashi's only required to be covered to limit chackra loss, heh, maybe he needs the metal to prevent himself bumping into something and poking several eyes out lol)
his confidence is also telling me he has dirty tricks up his metal sleeve.
