He and his brother were the two strongest Uchiha of the time, and bro had the Mangekyo too. So I could see it.

All of their eyes were "blackened" out. It was also the resurrection thingie. They have their shizer all back, now. At least, they should.

Nor does Itachi. The resurrection process *might* give them back their original eyes, since it's their original spirit in a body made from someone else's body.

How could itachi have his eyes back if there literally in sasuke's head?

There eyes arent blacked out IMO, there sockets.

afer looking at it again it was shika choji and kakashi

Wow! Naruto is slowly but surely becoming more interesting. Wonder how the animators are going to set up Naruto's fight with Pein.
