Ok, here's the latest reason Tobi is Obito:
We know from Tsunade that it's possible to do age-changing jutsu at very high level. What if Madara was Obito all along, did the rock-crushing thing on purpose to give Kakashi an eye as part of a plan, then phased out and was healed, and attacked Konoha not long after?

Here's the hole in your theory:
Obito was a crap ninja and had no way of developing a space-time jutsu that is above S-Class.

That one's really easy, he already had the space-time jutsu from before his time as Obito (to make it clear, this is a "He was Madara first, and Obito was a cover ala Tobi" idea), he was just faking and not using it to pass as a lesser ninja.

Maybe a process that only worked on a new born.
People are really exagerrating how Konan "owned" Madara.
He wasn't even phased from losing his arm and being blown up, and the attack was meant to kill Madara and Konan, Madara was able to save himself and her. Konan had prep, yet her suicide move still failed.
This new jutsu is pretty hax though, one of the largest scale moves we have seen in the series.
He lost a ****ing arm again. You'd think that a man who can travel between dimensions and go intangible could avoid getting half his face blown off and losing another limb. I wonder where he gets his limbs from. Does he have like a room filled with limbs for when he loses them, since he seems to get torn up in every fight he's in.
