Seriously though, Shisui could likely use his mind-control jutsu whenever he wanted without the massive down-time that Danzou had.
Plus Shisui is implied to be very fast thanks to his proficiency with the Shunshin. This is just the stuff he's really famous for, i.e. the tip of the iceberg.

S- ? All we know is that he has a very hax tech, likely incredible speed, and is considered talented among the Uchiha.

It's really hard to say without actually seeing his combat skills or direct comparison to a more known factor. So, yea, likely S-, but that's just a guess.

Because bringing back Danzo would bring back Danzo: not Shisui or the first Hokage.
The First is off limits: nothing about him can be brought back.
The best he would do is bring back some of the sharingan users that Danzo's arm had OR bring back Shisui.
On top of that, none of the mods would come back because they are not "Danzo's DNA".
