The thing about killing the Joker is Batman has handed him over to a justice system that has the death penalty multiple times. As well as put him in the hands of people who have guns and could shoot him (every arresting officer, prison guard, etc.).
It's not Batman that's mindboggling, it's the Gotham justice system.

Which shouldn't affect the Jury's decision. If/when he's ruled to be imprisoned, their influence should matter, but if he's sentenced to death they really shouldn't factor into it.

Cannot be Minato, or any of the previous Hokage, as all have been sealed in the Death God, and ET cannot resurrect them.

The way Tobi is talking, the person seems like it would be impossible to get. Which leads me to believe the Sage is an option. However, I don't think that is likely. Given his wankage, the Sage is the most powerful force from the series. If Kabuto really had him under his control, he would not need Tobi.
Madara is a likely option but Tobi seems to know a lot about the incident between Madara and Hashirama. Only someone there could know about that and know that he got the power of the Senju. He was talking to a dying person so he had no reason to lie.
Madara says that fighting Kabuto at the time would weaken him but he had no qualms about it after obtaining the Rinnegan. He became confident enough to threaten him. So right now he is either not interfering with Kabuto because his help is useful or because that body is linked to his power.

Could be Madara's original body or something like that. Shifting bodies/minds isn't an impossible concept in Naruto, and Tobi seems to be rather unique, almost wood/plant like. He's snapped off his arm with a 'wooden' sound when Torune infected it, and then regrew his arm near a Zetsu-like structure. His body also exudes a weird substance whenever it is damaged (when he snapped off his arm, and when Minato hit him with the Rasengan)
IMO, Tobi's body seems to be an artificial creation.
Though that begs the question, what would Madara's original body mean to 'Madara' in a new body?

So, seeing as Naruto dodged a full speed punch from A, just like Minato did all those years back, this means that Naruto's faster than Minato's natural speed/on the level of FTG, and that his reflexes are likely on the same level, if not better.
Admittedly, Minato was caught by surprise, while Naruto was expecting A to strike, but A is likely faster now than he was all those years back.

Turns out that Naruto really is the only way the SA can detect the White Zetsu. However, Shikaku might not know that Naruto would run a greater risk of dying if he used Shadow Clones.

Madara created his own version of the 6 Paths of Pain, by using the Edo Tensei'd 2-7 Jinchuurikii. He also gave each one a Sharingan in their right eye, and a Rinnegan in their left. Talk about overpowered.
