think about it though,

Madara must've transfered his soul to Obito's body somehow, it explains how he could've stayed alive all these years

the hair is the same plus his Sharingan eye is opposite of Kakashi's

and rearrange the letters in Obito(minus one "o"😉 and you get the alias Tobi

The only thing is...Obito's eye should have been crushed. I still think Obito is Tobi..but I'm not placing any hope in it because it seems like it would be to easy to know...then again Naruto's dad was kept a secret until recently and it was obvious. It would explain maybe how Orochimaru finally completed his immortality jutsu also if Madara transferred into Obito except Madara's is a bit more refined like his space/time jutsu.

Why won't Kishi show Tobi's face when we've seen Madara's plenty of times already? And like I said a more refined version of Orochimaru's immortality justsu isn't beyond the realm of possibility. Highly unlikely but anything can happen.

I wonder if Tobi stopped being Mizukage or if he still runs it....Though I guess Kisame wouldn't be a missing-nin if Madara still was Mizukage. Also wonder if Tobi was the Mizukage Zabuza was trying to kill or how far down the line was he from Madara's rule.

well, it's not confirmed but we're just looking at the clues

look at my post at the top of this page, it kinda makes perfect sense

and maybe they just healed Obito's body, but couldn't regenerate a missing eye

I don't even care that there's no action going on. I'm just so relived that the focus is once again centered on Konoha and it's ninja, not the Uchiha and Akatsutski.

what's the difference between a kekkei genkai(sharingan, byakugan, etc.) and a clan technique(shadow imitation, mind transfer, etc.)?

Kekkei genkai is a bloodline limit meaning it's sort of in there blood thing, it's part of them and if your not Hugga for example then obviously you can't use byakugan. A clan technique is just secret jutsu kept in the clan and taught to the members.

No Tobi is Madara.

Its been confirmed by Pein, konan, Zetsu, Kisame, Itachi, Tobi, madara, Kishimoto, the manga side lines. Tobi is madara. I swear...Dont let me find out where you live >_<. Id kidnap u. fly you to japan. perform 1000 chinese tortures on you while kishimoto smacks u with Sasuke nudes telling you Tobi is Madara.

Just because Tobi is Madara doesn't mean he has to be in the same body. Orochimaru was Orochimaru but he didn't have his body so it's not impossible for it to be Obito's body.

There was no Uchiha in it.

That alone... makes chapter 406 superior to the last 20 or so chapters.

No Sasuke plus Shikamaru equals a win for me. Plus it's amusing seeing Shikamaru be inspirational. That and for once Naruto isn't sad because of Sasuke but an actually good reason. Besides it's probably the start of Naruto growing up finally.
