Gee, you're just *assuming* that she doesn't use the S+ class ability we know she has, and you wonder why your objections are called silly?
I mean, sure, we know she has Kyuubi Charka mode which grants S-level stats, super sensor power, fast healing, chakra hands, and oh yea, clones so high level they're each individually S-class physically as well, and 'maybe she just doesn't use it'? What kind of argument is that?
Well, not to mention that she also had immense chakra stores. In order to be a decent host, you have to have good chakra levels...else the beast will kill you.
The Kyuubi has the most chakra out of the tailed beasts by far. So Mito was a beast of a chakra container. She also came from a clan that naturally had high chakra levels...so she was a monster. Just like Kushina...but more so because she had that mode.
But that should be expected from the wife of the First Hokage who was better than an EMS Madara.
He chose Kisame because he is one of the few perfect matches for someone like Mito. vin
That said, it should never be misinterpreted that just because someone is on a higher part of the list than the others that someone on a lower part wouldn't be able to beat them in a fight. For example: Guy would probably not be able to beat Torune, despite being quite a bit above him in the ranks. This is because Torune's style of fighting is the absolute worst match up for someone like Guy.

If you're set on ranking them without the Bijuu available to EMS Madara & Hashirama, then yes, you should make a different note, since they can summon them as easily as anyone summons an animal, unless they are within a host, in which case, they'd need prep to remove it.

her only on-panel ability allows her to know if tobi/madara was going to come after her.

So your argument is that even though she possesses an identical ability to her successor and has an identical source for it inside her, it doesn't come from the same power? Occam's razor.
Evil sensing is based on high-level mastery of kyuubi chakra, that is at this point the only way we know to have it.
"Tomb for a weapon of mass destruction"? Have you somehow missed the part about jinchuuriki themselves existing to be weapons in themselves and deterrents and the Uzumaki were known to be unusually good at it? 🙂
You're making an awful lot of assumptions rather than the straitforward, "She has the ability that is the only source of the ability and that we know she has all required factors for".

mito has no feats, and extrapolating her feats by using naruto's will only get you so far. a water dome that moves is beyond her, sorry *shrug*
