Sasuke's started to put it's armor on (or did it have it all on) against Danzo towards the end. Then it was all the way done when he wtf pwned some shit a few chapters ago.

Hashirama had flowing locks of jet black hair. Mu probably caught him running in slow-mo an was put in check.
Which version? the one he used against Gaara and Naruto seemed complete but this one still showed only the rib cage.

but if Madara's susanno is incomplete, how is that possible? he's had his sharingan and mangekyou sharingan for who knows how long, so for it to be incomplete seems very odd. unless of course, he is somehow able to control how it looks or something. you never know with kishimoto.

The 2nd Hokage's water techniques were similar, and Danzo's wind jutsu.
If a technique requires making something, that's generally how you do them.

Sasuke's incomplete version actually looks to be bigger. Plus I believe they can control its size to some degree, much like they can control how much they manifest.
Indeed. It also has 4 arms unlike the other two, which have 3. Also, Madara's has two swords. It is different in overall structure from the other two Susano'o's we've seen, but then again, those two belonged to people who were brothers.

I seriously wish Kishi would explain why Muu covers himself up like that. Maybe it is to aid his invisibility so that he'll be invisible to chakra sensors.
She doesn't, but when confronted with someone godly, she'd become hooked faster than Sakura was on Sasuke.
Maybe he does not know how to use it. Like I said, he's still testing out his powers and taking the 5 Kage lightly.
It's also understandable why he's screwing around, from a plot perspective. If he was as competent as Edo-Nagato was with his Rinnegan powers, he'd stomp.
