Well, technically, an elite medical ninja is supposed to be as close as possible to a sharingan user in predicting movements as possible. They are supposed to avoid injury and fighting to be able to heal their squad members and avoid damage themselves.

Chapter 411 is good, the eight tails is a rhyming bad ass and is kicking Sasuke's ass. I love that eight tails guy hope he stays in this for a while longer and that Sasuke does'nt pull some genjutsu shit out. Although there is nothing about Naruto in this chapter the eight tails made up for that with his badassness.

When Sasuke kicked the 8-Tails, it was like that moment Juggernaut punched Gladiator in the show: the 8-Tails didn't even budge. El Oh Freakin' EL.

And his swordplay is unpredictable enough to fool Sasuke's eyes. The Sharingan basically predicts movements on a subconscious and instinctual level. His sword play is so random and fast that even Sasuke's Sharingan doesn't seem to follow too well.
