Obito is really madara son and he faked his death but he friends with kakashi so he just gave up his left eye and went into hiding as tobi. When kabuto released the real madara he was shocked and he just allowed it. I dont random thought just thought of it now so yea...

Kirin's a mythical animal based on the Chinese Qilin, like the Phoenix or the Dragon.
I'm guessing he had tried but failed due to Sakumo being in Limbo for most of the time, and that he never tried when Sakumo moved on.

Ok, another villain idea for my RP that I'd like to shoot past you-
The Yugui clan, a clan of plant-using ninja. Not a release-use, but much in the way Aburame cultivate bugs, they make plants. Some make hypnotic pollen, shoot thorns, catch targets in vines, etc. (Some inspiration from Usopp's pop greens in One Piece).
They have a grudge against Konoha because they coveted Hashirama's wood release when he was alive, but all efforts to try and buy samples failed, and in their closed nature were unwilling to submit to the Senju. When Hashirama died, they went as far as to launch an attack to try and steal his body. They failed and Tobirama slew their leaders, but most of the clan escaped.
Not a lot has been heard from them for awhile as their lands are somewhat different from Konoha, but recently they moved to the land of Sound after accepting an offer from Orochimaru.

Actually, yea, they aren't going to be a main opponent, just someone I can have occupy the players and give them something tricky for awhile. I'm trying to come up with opponents for multiple villages, plus I figure in the war against Sound the characters are going to be involved in post-invasion it'd do well to have some villains with their own strong motivation.
The major opponents are going to be the Samurai Akatsuki I posted the other time, and Orochimaru, of course.
