Think Naruto just jumped up a tier or two. Would Kakashi and Gui go up as well? Were pretty confidant that their Eye/Gate could counter those five bijuu bombs.

Btw since Kurama's Yin chakra was sealed away into Minato, wouldn't that make the eight-tails the strongest beast?

Kakashi was talking out of his ass and Guy would have been killed if he used *that* jutsu.

Thoughts on the new design? I'm digging it.

Character. The awesomeness of the new design and this fight have wiped away his ghey emo phase.

While I agree with the design part, the fight is less appealing. Strikes me as a tad bit...DBZish. More than usually Shippuden.

This is a fight between superpowered monsters who can blow up mountains. Some over the top action is required.

Also, Guy with the reference made of win.

Doesn't seem Kakashi's character, especially given the situation. And the ott is needed. Its been 500 chapters leading to this moment. Same will probs happen vs Sasuke... and it'll blow this out of the water.. or greatly disappoint >->

And of course. Tobi is just like that. That's why he is my favorite villain of the HST.

He most likely will, but its gonna be interesting if he does as the only step up is gaining the Rinnegan which is kinda meh unless they bring out the whole controlling beasts thing..

Pretty much, and he did an inverse of Aizen's badass/Moriarty early stage to ridicules/'are you kidding me' later stage.

Lucky for Naruto I'm a sucker for Giant-Monster brawls even when it looks completely out of place having Kakashi and Guy around.

And yeah, Sasuke is outclassed so much at this point it isn't even funny, Bijuu Naruto is a freaking saiyan now. My guess is that Tobi will somehow "die" and fuse with Sasuke to give him the needed power up, or something. Some crap like that would actually explain why Tobi went through all the trouble of training Sasuke.

Edit: Now that I think of it I might be into something. Maybe Tobi is just a guy who got merged with Madara, who can exert control when the body is full of hate or some crap like that. Tobi isn't actually Madara but he became a Madara of sorts by erasing himself through hate, yadda yadda yadda. My bet is that Tobi falls, then Sasuke falls and to regain the H@TE!!!1 power he sells his soul to Madara/Tobi, setting us up to the absolutely emo fight where Naruto makes Sasuke stop hating to get the final punch.

Well, there goes any hope for an interesting story. Gotdamnmit Naruto, especially now that Kishi's going to have to make Sasuke just as strong in order to keep the balance:

****ing Naruto, ruining a chance to see Kakashi and Gai go out in a baze of glory. and he can somehow deflect multiple Bijudama at high speed w/o relying on disabling his other clones. Though Gai never ceases to be awesome.

I liked Kakashi and Guy, their interaction was the saving grace of this chapter -unless you dig some kaijus-, you gotta love the cold blood both have while facing impending doom.

"No, let ME sacrifice"
"Dude you'd die" -totally implying they can win the whole thing without resorting to the eight gate.

So gais, Naruto for SS- or SS? He can move stupidly fast, can bat away Bijuu Balls & counter a combined one, and is taking on 5 Bijuu. His transformation isn't even perfected yet.

Can't speak for OP top tiers, but post-Dangai Ichigo would still b****slap Madara, Naruto and Tobi IMO. Of course, the Sage of the Six Paths is possibly the most powerful guy in the HST via powerscaling. mmm

Seconded.

I think the reason this power up doesn't bother me so much is the reasoning that if Naruto had ever got the full power of the Kyuubi, he'd be a living God. Same applies to Rinnegan users.

Which is what I see Sasuke becoming in the future.
