Allor laughs still trying to stay out of the attention. Derek now owes her twenty bucks.

The reporter looked baffled. "Alright then Mr. Nix, nice talking to you. I hope you don't mind that I take a few pictures of you during the performance."

"Nope." The man nodded to each of them in turn, then stood up and walked into the growing crowd of people.

"You owe me." Allor said. "And yes I mind my pictures getting taken."

"I'll have the money when we're done playing here, and I'll tell him not to take any pictures of you."

Allor nodded. "And I'll quit hounding you about being Mr. Hero." she says still a little nervous.

"Relax, it's no big deal. The people watching can't even see you from where they are."

Allor ssighs. "I'm getting on your nerves aren't I?"

"No, you just seem nervous is all."

"I am, sort of, but don't tell anyone. I'm suppose to be an arrogant b*tch."

Derek laughed. "Don't worry, I won't tell anybody... You still want to do this?"

Allor nodded. "Hell yes. I need the practice."

"Alright, I just don't want to force you into something you don't want to do." Just then a guy stepped up to the mic and introduced them.

Allor laughed. "Like you could." she whispered to derek.

"Have fun," Derek whispered before running over to the stage and somersaulting across it.

Allor laughed. She'd never seen Derek show such energy. At least not in that way. She slowly made her way to the stage.

Derek looked around at the crowd gathered in the club, amazed so many people would come to see HIM of all people. Taking a deep breath, he launched into a song.

Allor barely showed amusement as the band began rocking. She tried to look like she was enjoying herself, but she also missed playing with Jor and Kry. The had been playing around with Bon Jovi songs.

When the song was over, Derek put down his instrument and started talking. "Right... So uh... I've never played for a crowd this big before... Why you all came to see our crappy little show I'll never know... uh... any requests?"

Allor xhuxkled as she listened. She looked to mike(formerly known as Kes) to see if he was nervous like her.

((oh, right... ah well I like his new name better 😉))

Mike was sipping a beer and looked fairly relaxed. Probably due to being drunk.

Somebody yelled out "Y'all Want a Single" from the back. Derek shrugged and started playing it, even though he had been told not to. When they were done, the crowd exploded. Obviously this crowd wasn't affected in the slightest by profanity.
