He stopped his car and glared at her with menacing eyes through his rearview mirror. "who said anythin' about helpin us find 'im, we know where he's at, all you gonna do is come with us because everytime we are bout to catch 'im, he manages to get away, but if you call im to meet ya somewhere, he'll come to us!" he then turned around and said, "As you can tell i 'm not plannin to ask you if you wanna do it becuz you're gonna do it" the police officer turned around and started driving towards the police station.
He turned on his radio and spoke into it,"Yahlo! this is officer booney, I have a young lady with me who is going to help us catch that derek, please tell mr.SAnders that his daughter will be back tommorow.
Allor looked at the door. "Kiss my ass." She said seeing it was unlocked she opened it and jumped out eventhough the car was still moving. Time she hit the pavement she ran into the alleyway climbed up the fire escape and entered the building and went to the otherside and dropped into a back alley way. Seeing some woods across the street she ran towards them. She hid inside making sure to listen for the syrens.
Seth hugged his sister tightly
"So oregon huh?, Haylie said as he let go of her, "you've always been a weird one bro'. If i were you I'd be going to new york and hitting all the hot scenes."
"Well sis, unlike you, I dont like getting dressed like a hooker and dancing with complete drunks at hot clubs."
Haylie glared at him and punched him playfully, "YOur an ass!"
Seth kissed her forehead and said," I'll see ya in a few days! he walked to the boarding line and waved goodbye to Haylie.
Katherine glared at him,"DErek!, can you please stop thinking about you for one second!, When we went to your friends place you were like...Oh man can I!,crash here for a few days and now when i jusst want a measly room, you cant, I'm sure if you wanted to take a shower we'd have a hotel room in a split second!"
"Good. Now let's go get something to eat. I'm starving."
Derek led them down Willamette Street to a place called "Pizza Pete's". He sat down at a table, and before long a waiter came along to take their orders.
"I'll have the ravioli," Derek told him.
"Alright. And for you?", the waiter asked Katherine.
Katherine looked at the menu and said "a chicken alfredo please." She handed the waiter the menu and sighed.
She started to fiddle around with her napkin when it fell to the floor. She looked under the table to retrieve her napkin, when her eyes caught to a blue shiny paper. she took it and settled down in her seat.It was a eugene grayhound bus station brochure. KAtherine looked at it then she smiled," Derek, I just remembered! you know near the bus station, well there was a really cheap motel, Im sure i can score us a room!, Those cheap motels only care about gettin money c'mon what do you say!?"
