Allor walked through the door. She walked over to the glass and looked in at Derek. "How deep is he in it."

KAtherine was on her bed reading a book when she heard a knock on her door.
"Come in"
Seth came in. Katherine sat up on her bed and pu the book down.
"Oh god Seth, What happened to you?"
He sat on her bed and said, "Its over"
She smiled and arched her eyebrow, "What is?"
"This Katherine, YOu can go back to Allor and Derek, Im getting out of your life"
Katherine stared at him, "Why?"
"Theres no point of being part of your life when you dont want anything with mine."
Seth got up, and Katherine looked down.
"Besides that's whats going to make you happy.
Katherine looked back at him, He started walking toward the door and opened it, he turned back to see her and said, "Oh and I'm sorry for everything, I really am.
He sighed and left.
Katherine ran to the phone and called Allor's cell phone to tell her what had just happened.

Allor picked it up. "Yeah?" she asked still watching. her eyes couldn't believe this.

"Allor! its Kat where are you ?, I need to talk to you !"

"Well, I'm listening considering Derek's in jail again. So whats up?"

"What do you mean, Oh my god, Ill be at the station in a minute!"

KAtherine arrived at the station and ran inside, she looked around for Allor.

The detective motioned a couple cops in to "escort" Derek out. Each one grabbed an arm, but he shook them off, still walking between them.

Allor saw Katherine and waved. Her eye followed Derek.

Katherine ran to Allor with losing Dereks sight.

"Oh no Allor, whats going to happen?"

"He has a court date in two days." Allor said. "He beat the hell out of Seth and then the police that separated them."

(Deborah and Tiffany disappeared off theface of the rp)

Katherine shook her head, "This is so wrong!" She turned to see Allor and quietly said, "Allor, Seth came by today and he isnt blackmailing me anymore, He said he would get out of life meaning hes out of yours and Dereks too!"

Allor stepped back. "What, that's impossile. Why?"

Katherine shrugged, "I have no idea, he came by today and told me it was over..... i cant believe tommorow we have to go back to school, I realy hope they free Derek"

Allor sat down. "I don't know."

A guard took Derek down an aisle of cells to a large one at the end. Inside were five or so guys--most of whom were hobo types, though one of them looked very much like Derek. He nodded from across the cell, and Derek nodded back.

Allor walked back hoping she could visit Derek.

Derek sat down inside the cell, and said nothing for a few minutes. Finally, the other kid spoke up. "What you in for?", he asked.
"Attacking this as$hole and then the cops when they tried to break the fight up. You?"
"Vandalism. Smashed the windows out of some jock's car and then painted 'god f*** America' on it."
