USH'S MATRIX GAME FOURTH ASSIGNMENT (COMBAT PATH)- 'The Heist'

Ok, so noted from Mors and Ares... you don't really have any control over this vehicle now, Burn- not at this speed! So what is your final decision?

try to point it at the edge of the carpark so it goes flying over the edge and jump out!

To be honest, you can barely see more than a few feet in, but I shall accept the jump out...

good, is it over yet?

Good, as everyone did the sensible thing and bailed...

Focusing on the three on the top of the bus, the Agent struggles to his feet triumphantly, and looks momentarily concerned when they throw themselves off.

The Agent then notices that the clearance between the top of the bus and the roof of the car park runs out at his neck level.

The bus crashes into the car park, with the Agent's head being slammed into the roof at about ninety miles an hour. That is a bit much, even for an Agent, especially when the bus explodes a few seconds afterwards.

There is a blinding flash of light as the Agent discorporates...

Yay, dead Agent! 😂

Wooooooooo We kicked his ass!

Dallas, as he picks himself up, lets out an enormous Texan yelp.

"Hah! THAT'S one for Zion..." he says. He then looks around at the rest of you.

"Gee... you guys look like s hit!" he comments, perceptively.

Cloud standing up says, "So would you if you were stuck in here....again"

"Yea well s hit describes how I feel pretty well right about now."

"Man, you guys have been nothing but downbeat lately..." says Dallas, heading towards the undamaged side of the car park.

Cloud follows Dallas, "Have you found any way to get us out of here yet?"

"That's because everyone's been killing us lately, and we're trapped in the Matrix for now," Ares says, though not as gloomily since the Agent just died.

"Dallas, let's get you to an exit. You aren't supposed to be in the Matrix yet."

"You guys worry too much..." says Dallas. A phone rings in the distance.

"Yeah, well, it's better than winding up dead..." San comments.

Dallas is leading you around the back way of this disued (and now rather damaged) car park. There is a set of four old phones in one corner; one of them is ringing.

"I suppose thats for you, and not that Adriene has found a way to get us outta here."

"You need to work on your positve attitude, Burn," says Dallas. He flips open his mobile and calls Ariadne.

Note- none of you can hear what Ariadne is saying in this convo.

Operator

"It's Dallas. Are we all clear to go ahead?"

Did you get the codes?

"Ahhh... we'll get around to that... are you all ready to try this thing out then?"

What? No! I told you, it's not tested. I've got no idea what weill happen!"

"Uh-huh... good, so everyone's ok to jack out then?"

No! Dallas, don't... I can't... I don't even even know if it will kill them or not..."

"Excellent!" says Dallas, hanging up. He then answers the pay phone.

"Ariadne says you are all clear," he says. He extends the phone towards Mors.

"Cool. How'd she manage that?" Cloud replies, not sure if the question will get an answer.

"Because she's the best..." he says.
