*continues to fill ballons until there all filled*

*grabs a basket and casts a letivation spell*
*hoofing it up to the astronomy tower*

*stops every so often to cackle evily*

*reaches top and looks upon the campus*

*picks up a water balloon and chucks onto a Gryffindor*
*ducks low beside the wall, so when then Gryffindor looks up I'm not seen*

"hmmm what do you think they'll do if we hit a proffessor?"

"so by your herbology knowledge how fast do you think these puppies take to take effect?"

"hmmmmm, well it depends whats in them...but you know mint is used to speed up the process so if we add some mint they should work quickly"

"hmmmm slow acting stuff will help us slip away easier because they will just think its dirty water but fast acting will be funner and we can escape possibly faster because they are imobile and full of boils"

" well....if it reacts slower we have time to run, and they wont expect anything..and when the boils DO appear they might freak out wondering whats happening and where they came from they might not even think the balloon has anything to do with it...which would cause panic."
