Quit obsessing about it and start seeing your body for more than it's weight.
I'd be happy to be 220lbs (100Kg), which is about right for my build. Being even 40lbs over weight can put amazing pressure on the heart and when you have a minor heart condition it's a good idea not to put excess pressures on it.
Then again, if you weren't talking to me then you just wasted 10 seconds reading that.... 😛
hey! Topic is about how tall people are! NOT their weight! (it's rude to ask that to a girl!)
BTW: Ratcat, a good tip is: after eating your dinner (let's say, that's around 7) don't eat anything for the next 4 hours, after that, you go to sleep or whatever (but don't eat again!)
May sounds strange but it's affective... normally
