hmm... Ratcat, that tip I gave you was ment seriously, it works!

This is the most effective way its playing sport, and you can eat whatever you want.
Except fast food, now thats just bad for you completely.

on topic again?

Thing is Yers, by 7 I'm normally either in the Gym, at a class or (on a Friday) putting the kids to bed....

We eat our evening meal at about 4pm. And I was perfectly serious about the stress relief thing.

Anyhow, I've re-lost 7lbs since New Year. I have a very good incentive as well.

If don't make 236lbs by 16th May then I don't get to see Episode-II......... Now can you really imagine ME letting that one slip??? 😱 😱 😱

HOW much??!

eating at 4 pm isn't exactly healthy eather, it's too early

Oh, MAKE 236. I thought you said LOSE 236. Phew!

Well, that does depend on when you eat you other meals and your general routine....

B'fast 6-7am
Lunch 11:30ish
Dinner4-5

Yes and including all those snacks in between,It doesn't matter anyway this is the world we live in now its so much easier and we should take indulging for granted because not alot of the world has got that opportunity,But as i said,Sport is the key to being a healthy person.

A very good point, though I have to say I'm off of snacking between meals right now... 🙂

thats a load off crap.
They say you shouldnt eat any hot meals after 21:00, anything else is more or less fine. Dinnertime in Norway is between 16:00 and 17:00. Cause it fits with the working hours of Norway, and one should keep, as RC mentioned, steady routines for the meals

ok...
but you are Norse, you can take that 😉

Whoa, you use military time over there, finti ?

Breakfast is a glass of orange juice chugged around 6:30am.

Lunch (if I have time) is usually a subway six inch veggie, no cheese or mayo.

Dinner (around 5:30 pm) can be just about anything. Usually chicken or fish, double veggies and potato for the old man. I'm happy with a dish of pasta and a pile of stir fried veggies.

No snacks or alcohol except on weekends.

Its hard, but it works for me if I want to stay around 130 lbs.

I'm 5' 3" 3/4".

Luckily you put in that last phrase, otherwhise I would think that people ignored me directly...
