well, it's a postcard (or trading card, i don't remember) printed by some company around the 80's, it looks like a little joke they try to play, neither lucasfilm or that company (the print company) would take full responsibility for the stunt, but it was never taken out of the market (again, just a joke) and it's precious for the collectors

the pic was never intended to came out that way, maybe it was a prank, and they didn't notice until it was out

the card is called C-3PO and that's all it is...

Lucasfilm never intended it to come out that way, once they noticed the card, they stopped distributing it.

neither did the company that printed it (it wasn't Lucasfilm)
