I'm surprised, though. You came into this whole deal in the Matrix game- I figured it was your first and greatest love!

It is what initially kept me on this site, yes...but I just had more fun with Star Wars.

Plus, contrary to how it appeared when I joined and stuff...I definitely like SW much more than the Matrix, even though both are up at the top of my favorite movies.

I dunno which I personally like more, but I want star wars to last as long as possible so, my vote is for matrix

I'd be up for a Star Wars break and play the Matrix RPG, on the reasoning that you guys would have even more plot done for Galder to plow through by the time we end the Battle of Lanzar AND another tour of duty with Dallas and Marduk.

Ok, well, that seems to be the way the wind is blowing then!

I'm all for the Matrix. I haven't played one yet, and I really feel like using my gambling philosophist soon. 😄

(Just add my two cents to the pile. The matrix game sounds like something that could be cool. Although, I really like the PT game, and I really want to see not only how Andro does in his next episode, but what his eventual fate is. So if this break has a chance of helping out the PT game, I'm all for it.)

Of course, this all assumes I can actually wrap the OT game up in less than five years.

Ok, PT news!

Today it is announced that, as a result of two things:

1. The eternal problems of having a hassle-free and balanced Force power system in the Star Wars game

and

2. The favourable results gotten from playtesting the new Matrix game

... that future Star Wars PT games will most likely be using the new Matrix system!

Although it could be done, there is no need to change how the OT game works, so that might well stay as it is.

If SW develops quickly from here then it is very possible that off-line play will resume, and hence spill into more available plot here.

Watch this space... err, but some patience will still help.

I'll offer to convert everyone myself, though.
