Melkor, have you seen Rylis' Pilot score? She'd be blown out of the sky. She's simply not as good at flying as dedicated Pilots are.

And seriously, Rylis and Arvus would be facing off against a fighter with skill 14, another with skill 15, and a freighter with a pilot skill 14 and a turret skill 14.

She's not scared of the Rebel ships, she'd love to shoot them down. But she's not so arrogant as to think she's very good at something that really, she isn't, and she's not suicidal 😛 She'd rather deal with them on the ground where she might be able to get some advantage.

And how would she be able to do her actual job if she gets shot down beforehand?

And I did explain perfectly valid in-character reasons as to why she refused to go along...

Actually, Lodge Captain challenged him to a duel, but after Commisar emerged victorious other Osokans claimed that he was cheating. As a descendant of Boyar, Esgabath is of course great duellist, anyone has doubts? Rumors that most of his of his family considered him a disgrace are lies.

I think I know what Rebels are up to- they have now two good target areas against our limited resources. Why do you have to do it at the last possible moment, just as I thought alll goes well?
