RP General Discussion

Dark Side is in trouble, frankly. The battle has been mis-managed; what is with this target obsession on the General? These actiions and effort blown trying to get to him (which has virtually taken about Rianna after she has suicide-charged into Con's extreme danger premonition, which will probaly go down as one of 'those' Dark Side moments) could have been used to down Giant Droids, which is what this fight really revolves around.

Oh, Con. Just a word of advice. Reflection isn't much good against skilled targets. You would want to use it against a battle droid or something. What you want is Force Dodge, makes you harder to hit. 🙂

I guess we thought if we drop him, the droids are going to be useless.

Certainly not as good as it could be. Why wasn't Kaliero posting? That was a bit of a throwaway.

I have no idea, yesterday I felt a bit like people were having fun in the RP thread and forgot we were fighting a fight against 10 Giant Droids. 😛

Though they posted later then, so it was probably just me going to bed too early.

I think it would be very unjedi of Andro not to kill the guy after he begged so immensely.

I hope Sienar's latest post puts to rest any ideas that he might be stupidly risking being killed by one of the Jedi by taunting.

Seeing as he has gone waaay beyond it being a taunt.

You also pointed out earlier in the thread that the droids would act far more intelligently with the General alive.

And do you really think that someone else's danger sense that she doesn't even know about would stop her running into a stupid fight? Of course not. It's not as though she sensed any danger.

Again, that's a mis-representation of what I meant...

I also would have made iot very clear to you if killing the General would have made the fight easier.

I just went and found the post where you had mentioned it to make sure I wasn't mis-remembering it, actually.

Well, there you have it. It was an amazingly torturous decision, I'm literally light headed from reading Ush's post writing out my response. It's fun to get wrapped up emotionally in stories, I do it with novels all the time. But to be a decider of a cliff-hanger like that. Wow. What a decision to have to make. Exhillerating!

I only hope I was right...

Maybe there was no right answer?
