I like it. I'm drawn in.

Well, there you have it. It was an amazingly torturous decision, I'm literally light headed from reading Ush's post writing out my response. It's fun to get wrapped up emotionally in stories, I do it with novels all the time. But to be a decider of a cliff-hanger like that. Wow. What a decision to have to make. Exhillerating!

I only hope I was right...

Maybe there was no right answer?

Maybe I just wrecked the game?

I'd like to be in your place, to be perfectly honest.

Which way would you have gone? I honestly had no intention of doing that until the Ush's last post. Maybe Roan can stop Andro. It feels cheap to go back on my post.

I'll admit, it's been a VERY long time that I have been wanting to make that post from Sienar.

Rather like springing the entire Doon thing on us? Or Adelmo destroying Galder's lightsaber?

As for me, Jazz, I think no one would be surprised if I said that I'd probably try to kill Sienar. Evil creepy bastard.

Maybe Roan can cut of Andro's arm, then Sienar uses force lightning to shoot Andro out of the window and Roan is like "What have I done, I am your apprentice now..."

Well, despite my long history as a Darkie and absolute love for anything huge and melodramatic, I'd probably resist the attempt to kill him. Knowing to kill in anger can only lead to the Dark Side, can only mean Sienar would win despite his death, that sort of thing.

But I guess what you chose is good too. 😉

Yes, see, Sienar- who cannot stand working in a group anyway- is more about corrupting Jedi to the Dark Side than he is about the "and for no apparent reason they'll then join me, yeah?" angle.

He's rather of the opinion that if you make someone fall prey to hate and anger they'll take it out on you rather than... then do everything you say.

Well, maybe Sidious had some gnarly domination power,...

Or maybe I'd just steal his lightsaber with the Force and be like "Hah, mine!" Try and at least make him fight so it's not "oh you just killed some completely defenseless person", it's more "he attacked me!"

😛

Oh and yes, for sure, you should always be rather wary of... doing what the evil Dark Side Master clearly wants you to. You can bet that it's not going to bounce your way, as a Jedi.

Though it would actually start with "Hah, mi... how the **** do I HOLD this thing?"

But it's a fair point, because he won;t attack you. His entire schtick is that he's not going to resist; you have to kill him in spite of that to stop him.

Plausible deniability is a great thing.

He would be a dom, wouldn't he? Or maybe Anakin was just a wimp.

Granted, though, it greatly amuses us Darkies sitting on the other side. And gives us hope for, as Mace so eloquently put it, "the galaxy shuffling Force-sensitives."

I wonder if trying to corrupt a Jedi is actually a crime.

And "the galaxy shuffling Force-sensitives" makes me laugh.

Light Side/Dark Side is all a bit metaphorical for the Courts, I reckon.

Normally the methods involved are probably illegal at aome point- but not with Andro! Lord no, Sienar will be an enormous hero to all, in this instance. Forever.

Aww, no fair, Jazz. You spoilsport.

Ah well. Gallagher's up next!

😂

I love that we just had a discussion about the scientific soundness of a tissue disruptor.

Which, as far as Star Wars science goes, actually makes sense.

I'm such a geek.

Hey, it's these small things you have to think about.

Yup 😄

And they're fun to think about, too.

Indeed. If I'm not considering exactly how an exotic weapon is sizzling my living flesh, I'm not enjoying myself.

Understanding how that thing is trying to kill me is the first step to figuring out how to take it apart.

The second step is going "Screw this" and taking a lightsaber to it.
