Ouch... I do NOT want that to happen. I'm good, but not THAT good...

Looks like Wraith is losing though. If he loses then Kosta and Xeth can team up on you while he lays injured.

Dont get ahead of yourself, tjhings could change VERY fast. 😛. The problem with Wraith is that he is a NBIG mutha! So brute force is uselss. I have to keep my distance and make quick attacks. 😄

Yer working just like BB, Celsius...

Gawd, I hate that... 😛

So do I... 😠

But only when I'm not doing it. 😛

Its a good plan methinks. I'm pretty happy with my actions so far.

3-0. Can't beat that. Looks like Wraith is going to lose no matter what he tries. He'll probably have to retreat.

😄

Just cuz its 3-0 doesnt seal his fate. does it?

Not really. I was looking about that good until BB used his size to his advantage... then things went downhill...

I still have a chance, with only a single point left, I can win this... just need some KILLER moves...

Then I have no reason to relax.

Indeed. Relax not, foolish Light-Sider... 😈

Still, Wraith isn't exactly the smartest person ever. 😛

I love all this fighting, tis fun! Would it be worth setting up a fighting thread? Make our fighters up, take turns to referee and basically chop the sh*t out of each other with our sabres! 😄

Calm down. 😛

I would comment on duelling tactics but it would not be fair to do so whilst the fights are still in progress- because the players doing less well would basically know what to do which the players doing better would understandably moan about! Do remember that in the end the dice have a lot to say in fights between matched opponents. That said, tactics have counted for a lot in these recent fights.

Except I will say that people should remember the tennis allegory. It is easier to win on your 'serve', so as you have to win by two clear points you must 'break' your opponent's serve at least once in a match to win. That being the case, 3-0 up might look devastating but if you went first that might only be one break ahead, if you see what I mean. If your opponent then breaks back it will be 3-3 in no time.

However, it does mean a fight can go from 2-2 to 5-2 VERY quickly- a substantial victory with only one break. Canny players may even try for that sort of thing, saving their best moves for when the fight has developed a little...

Just a quick look into the psychology of duelling there!

As for duelling for fun- no immediate plans to make a free-for-all due to the effort involved and how quickly it might become dull. BUT- Dark Siders wanting a fun fight should enjoy the start of story V...

Oh goody.... *Jumps around slashing madly with sabre "Take that, and that, and that...*

Well like I said if we create realistic combatants, take it in turns to referee and duel it might help prevent it from becoming dull too quickly.

*flashes to Sir Lancelot hacking up party guests in Monty Python and the Holy Grail*

"Haha! Take that!"

you ...flashed him? 😱

No wonder he hacked everybody up....
