Indeed I found the abridged versions for parts 1-3 of the first campaign. How many campaigns have there been?

Wow you didn't kill off my character - I'm shocked! In fact Edna seems to have survived for a whole year after I stopped playing. Yes - I have spent all night reading back through the first 3 episodes of Ush's original star wars game - clearly I had nothing better to do!

OMG I READ WHEN YOU PLAYED shock

We're...someway through the second one. Which has been going for nearly seven years now. Though there was a ~two year hiatus in there.

Two! We're currently a bunch of the way into the second. So a whole lot of stuff happened, but seeing as the current story still has Rex obsessing about Kuylen, quite a lot has stayed the same...

Yep. I'm wondering when the romantic flashbacks of Galder and Kuylen are going to start.

What happened with Argentis?

He's rather dead.

Kuylen killed him. He gave him a fair duel though; Kuylen was never the 'shoot in the back' sort.

Stabby stabby.

Awww he was a great character too!

That's drama for you!

There are always more great characters.

I guess. Maybe I'll have to resurrect Edna. Not sure where she's been for 7 1/2 years though.

That sort of thing can always be sorted out!

Besides, only about six years have passed in-game...

ONLY six years

Could have been a long holiday!

In all seriousness, it can always be arranged., You can even ask Rex to fix you up with 'in the meantime' stories- he is running loads of individual stories for people from my game.

In fact, the larger issue is not time passed, but that we play to a rules system these days! It was more freeform in your day.

Indeed I liked the freedom. I opened the rules thread and quickly closed it again out of horror. How on earth can anyone understand all that?

People manage! It allows for much fairer regulation of the major action scenes. You get used to it in no time.

It's actually a lot simpler than the previous rules versions.

Hmmmmm and here was me thinking my studying days were long finished. Anyway I'm kinda busy reading for now.

Of course. And it is not for everyone- but you're always welcome to return if you want to try it out.

I'm intending to study more or less forever myself.
