I think we both know I'm a 'read and understand before I play' kinda person. Only just started reading but seems a little like Pranoia type rules?

Ahh, Paranoia...

All results of an action are calculated in one dice roll and a skill is paired with a stat so there are great similarities, certainly.

Um stupid question but any idea why my original character description would have been posted? If indeed it ever was (I really can't remember). Trying to work out which template I fit into.

I suspect it is probably hidden in one of my consolidated 'gumf' archives.

But Edna was a very force-y type, so we are looking at Cultist, Heretic or even an Orphan.

Why would I want to deviate from my original Bio? Edna was great! Doesn't wuite fit Orphan but close enough. Right time to start choosing skills etc I guess.

One thing that Ush didn't point out - a lot of us Dark Siders do not get along. At all. And like to plot against each other. I remember one memorable time that went so far that we were all on xp penalties for a while...

Edna, I vaguely remember you from the ancient days! (I was just a dumb little kid) I don't think we played together, though.

To be fair I doubt i would be "What the f....". To be honest, back in my day, the Dark side consisted of Queeq going off and doing his own thing most of the time (who knew what was going on there - i certainly didn't), Rex being oddly entertaining while following me round like a puppy while I hunted down the light side and saboutaged the hell out of them. Who needs team-work hey! Frankly, a harmonious Dark Side would just be a little bit odd!

We have lots and lots of huge blowup arguments sparked over tiny things.

Though sadly we actually have to attempt to work together. It doesn't generally work well. Though we have the quote "Use the Force, moron!" from one semi-failed attempt at that.

Working together never works out well for us, though. I'm not sure why we keep doing it!

Because when the Bureau is closing in, it works marginally better than hacking each other to pieces.
