So last night we got some storms, bad but nothing terribly unusual for Chicago this time of year. Our power went out (after the storms ended...wtf) and last we heard they won't be restoring it until Friday. Even though everyone else is back on and we're a little two-block patch of darkness. Which is rather bullshit. But anyway, I won't be on much until that's fixed, since even though I have phone internet I have no real way to charge that at the moment.

Grrrr.

And it went back on in the middle of the night, so yay.

I actually finished TAFE yesterday coincidentally. 😛

I'm getting ready to start my new job this Monday 😄

I don't know how my Internet will be for the rest of the weekend tho cause things were hectic with a place to live and just found out yesterday where I'll be at and I may not have Internet until Monday.

Ok I'll have Internet for the weekend and after 😛

Well, learn how to create electricity then.

But not like Storm, 'cos she sucks.

Get some potatoes, wire them together like a large battery, then connect it to a light-bulb.

I find rubbing a balloon on a woolly jumper works well...
