So, not even halfway through January and already we've got the understatement of the year!

Yes, it would have been a shame not to do it, but I knew two years back when I first mentioned the possibility that it was going to be a big bastard to get done.

It's an all-to-play-for fight as well, as the plot in no way hinges on you succeeding so you can lose it.

I think this may be the first fight in a while where civilians are going to get in the way, and Galder is probably going to kill a lot of them.

Sadly we're lacking in nukes or friends that might have them.

Flying a ship into the palace could have been a decent replacement for nuking from orbit...but it just lacks that personal touch.

Plus not much good for your sabres or reputation. You aren't doing this just for body count. You have something to prove.

Well, we just had the worst session for the Dark Siders ever. My brother was hard pressed to not have them all killed, and will have to write an entire story to get them out of their current mess. Very Blake's 7.

They were just one roll short of safety at the end, even though the story was already a terrible cock-up But in keeping with their rolling all evening, they couldn't even get out of that. Even with a 5 in 6 chance of success.

I am also recovering from the trauma of an 8-6 duel. God I hate those things.

I am excited and afraid of dueling at the same time.

Finally! The chance to use that high Lightsaber score to destroy everyone.
