There is of course an irony to the 'Why didn't the Force warn us?" vibe on the Dark Side.

Nonetheless, it took those with the raw power of Edna or talent of Eller to sense it (in this case, for all the advantages Eller has in future prediction, Edna's intuitive power is just quicker than the rune casting, though more on Edna's vision later).
