I haven't gotten past where I've gotten to in the betas yet either. I'm about half through the second section of personal story right now.

My guild is broken, so yeah. It's awesome. I'm the leader of a 70+ member guild and I can't even see it!

That seems like over kill to me but I don't know GW2 like you guys.

How's it overkill? 😛

I'm sorry I read that as a guild of level 70s or up for some reason 😛

😂 that'd be empty for a while.

Happy birthday with a lot of Calamari, Zink!

Happy Birthday!!

Thanks guys! I appreciate the wishes.

Happy EvilSithDay!

Happy Birth-yester-day Zink! hope it was great.

Speaking of yesterday, I had a very unique experience last evening. I took my wife and kids to attend the memorial service for Neil Armstrong in Wapakoneta, Ohio, his birthplace. (I live in St. Marys, one town to the west.) Several speakers, including two from Nasa and the Astronaut Corps, a few friends of Neil, and others who had interacted with him at some point, were really fascinating to listen to. The night sky was crystal clear with the nearly-full moon bright in the sky overhead. We all stared at her as the local VFW/American Legion (Veterans' Organizations) gave the 21 gun salute and played Taps. Hundreds of people attended, it's a night everyone who was there will remember.

That's actually really awesome, I wish I had the opportunity to attend an event like that. Must've been quite the experience. It's mind-blowing that the first man to dig his heel into the moon has passed away.

Meanwhile, people were confusing the astronaut with the musician and writing declarations of woe over the loss of a member of Green Day...

You must always, always remember this unequivocal fact, REXXXX: People are stupid.

This.

Squared.

But yes, it was an amazing experience, and thanks to dumb luck I live nearby.

I need a second opinion on what Denzral just said to the Republic senate in The Bannermen Retro game, and opinions on whether it was the right thing to do.

Telling the truth is always a good thing, though maybe talking sarcastically to the entire Senate isn't very traditional Jedi. That's kinda the problem for the Jedi I think, they have to still respect Senators, even if they are corrupt and only looking out for their own hide.

The guy is clearly an idiot though, I am hoping for some support from Palpatine (slimy two-face Sith git (who is our best friend)) that being another Dark Jedi or Sith would be a threat to his plans (even though I know that out of character I am hoping Palps will catch on in chatacter). 😄

Having read the OT games, calling Senator Galahad an idiot will make Rex's day I'm sure. 😛
