Blown. Away. What an ending! My first though is: Roan, keep that Ace tucked WAY up your sleeve. If you can keep it hidden, we may be able to tip the balance of power our way at a critical time. Although I will bet the Darkies are carrying a secret into the next Episode as well.
I need to dig up Wentar's planned exp spending. I THINK I was going down to Co-ordination for superior bodyguarding.
Or maybe I should start investing in Cosmic... Wentar has been feeling pretty frustrated with being led along like a blind fool by Saar and then this sudden turn of events hasn't helped him either.
I did think about giving a name when asked, but I was uncertain, I'd interpreted the vision as we shouldn't hide our purpose for being there. So I was honest in a sense, about us being there looking for artifacts.
Naming Adelmo would have had them say to you "Adelmo didn't say she was expecting visitors," on landing, which needs some talking but is a better position than you had.
Naming Kuylen would have had them openly welcome you. Jedi needed to get Kuylen's possible involvement from Robine to have that option.
Things are not necessarily as bad as they look, though (for the immediate situation, anyway). In fact, the Dark Siders have got this one covered by default, due to a character creation choice.
For the story as a whole, we see the Dark Siders have a distinct advantage, because trying to fit in with an army of dark side force users is something even they can't cock up. For the Jedi, this is rather harder, but they have been given two edges to help them out- one that they know about already and one that will surprise them in-game.
Also, for perspective- no, they are not all as good as you. Remember, even starting characters in this game are notable Jedi/Dark Siders (well, being a Dark Sider is in itself noticeable in this continuity anyway) and some of you have a ton of xp. These guys aren't mooks but they are not all as good as you. There's just a lot of them.
