There is no way that Spiderman can tide with Superman in contiunity. That was crossover. Superman being as fast as bullet? Superman raced with Flash also in Comics too. Actually he has raced with Flash 6 times:
Superman #199-Tie, but only because cold air of Himalyas affected Flash´s speed and endurance.
Flash #175-No clear winner
World's Finest #198-199-Flash won, barely.
DC Comics Presents #1-2-Race was stopped.

i know flash is a comic book character, but i would just like to point something out. Flash travels at the speed of light right? the human skin cannot withstand traveling at a velocity of lightspeed. by all means, flash's skin should get torn out when he goes lightspeed. does that mean he has extraordinary skin tencile strength? and when flash runs he does swing his arms at his side right? if he travels that fast and still manages to swing his arms up and down then he must be really strong coz the air resistance at that speed should be enough to push your hands behind your back.
