"See ya," said Yuma. She watched him go, before she began to make a very hard decision: Where will she sleep?

"There are two rooms on the right" said Tamkley before he closed the door to his room.

"I'm glad someone an speak around him." Zafira muttered.

"What's worng?" asked Yuma.

"It's just, I don't knw. I guess I get intimidated by him." Zafira says blushing slightly.

"Does that mean you feel something for him? Or in common folk language: love?" asked Yuma.

"Maybe, but I mean, how would I know?" Zafira stumbled over her words.

"I'm mixed up about certain things, too." Yuma made an inward sigh.

Zafira's brow furrowed. "Like what?"

"Like what to do with my life beyond this."

Zafira nodded. "me and you both. I have no clue. I mean, I know I told Tamkley Cook, but I want to do more than just that."

"I mean I can't be a priestess forever. It's just entertaining for right now. What if I wanted to do something greater than that?"

"Go for it. You're definately smart and skilled enough for it."

"Thanks, but is being a cook what you want to do forever?"

Zafira shook her head. She blushed slightly. "I actually wanted to be a mom. You know, stay home and clean the house and take care of the children."

"Oh, I don't think I'm going to do that life for maybe ten more years. When I become a mom I become rooted to one spot."

Tamkley sat down on his bed as he closed his eyes. Tamkley quicklyu fell on the bed and fell asleep fast.

"So, I guess I will see you tomorrow. Have fun at the kitchens and good luck also!" said Yuma as she crossed the hall to her new bedroom.

Zafira watched as Yuma went to sleep. She walked around the palace exploring. She wondered if maybe Tamkley had a recipe book or something.

Yuma knelt beside her bed and prayed for her gods. Quietly she lit the piece of incense and was mumbling foreign words to herself.
