What a joy it is to have the new Blackalicious album. Listening to them is like welcoming old friends back into my house, their music has given me some happy memories. The Craft is very different from their previous LP's, sounds alot more organic (i believe they used alot more live instruments). I must admit my expectations had been lowered a bit by some feedback i'd had but from the first track i was grinning from ear to ear. Gab flow and lyrics are off the chart on this one, i have never heard rhyme patterns like it. He is truly one of a kind, but damn he's got fat. Have you seen a recent photo of him lately? The one on the album sleeve looks like Heavy D. Anyway that's not what they're about, they are about making positive hip hop (musically and lyrically) and this album has it in droves. Thanks Blackalicious.

Nice Blackalicious interview for anyone thats interested.
good interview
i didnt really like any of killah's solo stuff that i heard, his verse on 4th chamber is dope. i wasnt really feelin the songs i heard from heavy mental but it'd be worth checkin out if it was on par with that verse and i just missed it or something.
"I judge wisely, as if nothin' ever surpise me
Loungin, between two pillars of ivory
I'm lively, my domepiece is like buildin' stones in greece
My poems are deep, from ancient thrones i speak"

i haven't heard the track yet but theres a new Killah Priest song out there.
here's a small quote from it. apparently it's a crazy song.
"Now Im so tall I could play pool with the nine planets/And rack em up wit the bermuda triangle"
What is the name of the song?
