im serious man. i d/led a few songs and BAM!!! trojan viruses. 😛

I get that with downloading porn. 😕

😆 😗

limewires pretty good, but i do have some pretty bad viruses. most likely got them from limewire but the only thing i use my cpu for is music so i dont see a point in deleting it. i was gonna take it in to get fixed, but then it'd just get more viruses so its just like, **** that.

anyone get qwel and maker's harvest? ive been listenin to it non stop for like a week now, qwel is exactly what ive been lookin for in rhyme schemes hes nuts. broken wing is a crazy song.

Qwel, Gift of Gab, Busdriver, Tonedeff= one of the best flows.

yeah man i was just listening to tonedeff, hes in cunninlynguists right?

never heard of busdriver, is he in a group or somethin? ill check him out.

Nah just a collaborator.

Percee-P, Inspectah Deck, Cormega, Pharoah Monche and Edan all have great flow, also Aesop Rock I think is real underrated in that area.

i see inspectah deck as havin really tight complicated rhymes more than havin a good flow.

big l, chali 2na, icon the mic king, alaska(from hangar 18), eyedea, big pun, and apathy also have great flows.

I've always thought it's pretty much the other way round, he's no dumbass sure, but he puts crazy multies over lyrical complexity in most cases.

Never rated Big L on any level particularly, same with Pun. Chali's good but not the best, I've only heard Icon freestyling so can't really comment, Ap, Alaska and Eyedea I can't argue with. And going back to Cunninlynguists, SOS has a (sometimes) awesome flow, and Afu-Ra's no slouch.

have u ever heard sos' solo stuff? he sounds so much like tonedeff its weird, his verse on aint no way is one of my personal favourites. big l is classic so i thought id throw him in there, crazy freestyles. you should check icon out, cuz he cant freestyle for shit, i heard him in a battle with jin and it was really disapointing, intricate spectrum is an awesome album tho.

i honestly dont really like pun, i heard scarface with canibus and kurupt hes got and he has a sick flow in that, so i dled a few solo tracks and wasnt really feelin them so i never got into him.

Nope I'll have to look into that, I'm not too big on Tonedeff though.

Never trust a Canibus track...apart from Rip The Jacker he's had a pretty godawful career. It's funny that his catch-phrase was ''no one can shine on a song that features me'', cos he really makes most of the mc's he guests for sound like pretty sound people. Have you ever heard Tibetan Black Magicians by Jedi Mind Tricks? Canibus' verse is embarassing, it makes absolutely no sense and he thinks it's smart as hell.

i agree, mic club: curriculum wasnt taht bad tho. have u heard that track where he spits all his illest writtens in like 4 minutes, the only way ive ever dled it is freestyle with jurassic 5, its ****in awesome. his verse in that track with pun is good too.

that verse is pretty bad, liberal arts was alotta better, vinnie has has a couple good lines in that.

"canibus gets deep like phsycho analysts, vinnie paz the ****in handle-fist philanthropist" 😂

I actually thought the opening Canibus verse on that track was the best part of it, but oh well. 100 Bars is a good Canibus track IMO.
Gift of Gab has a legendary flow and his breath control is astounding.
Other flows i admire include Aesop (some of the lyrics that dude spits would bamboozle most emcees), John Smith, Brother Ali, Eyedea, Akrobatik, Mr Lif, Edan, Illogic, MF Doom (took me a while to get into), Insight, 2na, Roots Manuva, Mos Def, Black Thought and Lyrics Born.

ill listen to it again and see if you can change my mind, probably will, i like canibus a hell of a lot better than vinnie paz

Lord Finesse also has a great flow.

guyz help me make a Best of Roots CD.

what tracks should i put on it? lets say about 20.

i dont know enough roots songs to make any good suggestions for a best of.

back to liberal arts, vinnie paz's verse is better than canibus', which is too bad. i thought id like canibus' verse more for sure. mic club - curriculum's actually pretty good, bis vs. rip has a dope beat on it.

Canibus is overrated. My fav Canibus tracks is either 'Genabis' or 'Spartibus'.

genabis is pretty sick, my favourite tracks prolly 100 bars. if your not counting freestyles that is.

Apparently alot of people are calling David Banners new album "Conscience Crunk"

anyone listen to the entire album yet?
