Btw Phat, that Vakill album continues to amaze me. He has to be one of the best punchline emcees i've ever heard. I was listening to it the other day and i lost count of the times i made that noise you make when you hear a great punchline (you know the one, the same one you make when you see a brutal knockout).
There are so many quoteables from that album but my favourite ones i can recall are "my style is c-section, cause im a cut above the pussies" and "the only pussy i pity more than you, is the first one that A.C. Green gets". If you need me to shed some light on the A.C. Green reference i'll be happy to, its alot funnier if you know the story behind it.
There's also a great moment in the freestyles with J-Live you posted when Vakill comes out with "the only thing thats changed is Bulls season ticket prices" and the dudes he's rhyming with just go nuts. Its one thing to get that response from fans but when your peers are floored by a line, thats the ultimate compliment.

Haha, gotta love the A.C. Green jokes. That dude needs to go on Ripley's Believe It Or Not.

A.C. Green is the original 40yr old virgin. 😇
Hey Phat (or anyone for that matter) do you know who Vakill is talking about in the track "the flyer"? It sounds to me that its an emcee who was his friend then sold out, any light you could shed would be appreciated. Thanks.

Worst Rap Battle ever!!!

😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 They suck like hell!!! They say word that dont even excist.

Are they badder than you?

I dont rap!!!

Which is even more amazing considering he played in the hoochie/groupie capital of the world, known as the NBA, for 16 years.

no... spend the money on that album if you liked it.

you should really support your dudes.

i agree with you on the support you rappers/ buy their albums bit, but i just a aint got the money, Tengu is not only magical, but hes broke, so i gotta stick to DL'in the albums. I bought DangerDoom though 😄 , and i would buy Craftsmen if i knew where to look. surprisingly i found DD in Media Play, definitely didnt think they had underground.

You're safe -hh-, that was just a moment of weakness. 😮
I've heard a few tracks off "the hear after", "the sidewalks" and "Brooklyn public" are classics. If the rest of the album is close to those i'll be happy.
Point, "my dudes" do pretty well from me. I hear what you're saying but i've also got a family to feed so if i can get an album for free here and there its a no brainer.
👆 i'll get more links from time to time

Not only that but he was part of the Lakers "showtime" era in the 80's. Those guys would have got more pussy than a pet store, he must have either taken thousands of cold showers or w***ed himself into oblivion every night.

vakill's great, im tryin not to burn myself out on him cuz he doesnt have taht much material out, but man, i know waht you mean when with the knockout noise, hes just so sick. the only punchline i can think of right now "your still comin up short like 69 with a midget", i laughed my ass off when i first heard that.

a.c. green isnt the smoothest operator eh, is there a good story behind that?

Not really a great story but it makes the punchline is alot funnier. A.C. Green decided to remain a virgin until he was in his 40's because he said god wanted him to be that way. The fact that being a pro baller with the Lakers would have afforded him some of the finest pussy known to man could not detour A.C. and he held fast to his beliefs and showed more restraint than any of us could (you know thats true).
Can you imagine his first time? Talk about a false start. 🙁

talk about having some iron will, he must be kicking himself in the balls for that now.

want me to upload vakill's other album, its a bunch of his older stuff with a few newer ones. the one with those two freestyles i uploaded awhile back.

hey you got any atmosphere tracks by any chance Phat J, i want some of their music.

i have their new album and overcast!, havent heard the entire new one yet but ive heard its their best in a long time. the tracks i listened to were ok, hardly compare to sound is vibration or 4:30 AM, classics IMO.

i cant wait for the new vakill album droolio

i hope he slows his flow down a bit, sometimes its hard to hear what word he says.

half the time it is for me, but i dont mind that, you dont get tired of the songs as fast. i cant wait for his new one, any idea when its coming out?

does anybody know if eyedeas coming out with anything soon?

No man, i havent heard any Eyedea news for ages.
I'd love to hear that other Vakill album Phat, thanks. As for his new one, does anyone have any info on it?
