but what im trying to say is...
its alright to DL an album (i do it all the time), i do it to find out if theyre worth my doe. if its not, i either delete it or leave it in my computer or share it wit someone else who would prolly like it and who would probly buy it. but if i like it i make sure to buy it so i can bump it on a reg basis and so i wouldnt be guilty of myself, and of course to support the industry.
you see, no matter what they say or we say this rappers need to push units. they need it to pay the bills, to keep their contracts, to keep producing albums and to keep their album release from being pushed back. even indy labels need this.
for the last few days... i got myself:

Santana's = what the game's been missing
jin = properganda
and im tryna look for supastition's chain letters.

i buy albums for my absolute favorite MCs like Illogic and Doom, matter fact as of late my top five has take a dramatic change

Doom used to be my favorite, still top five, but wow Craftsmen blew me away and I love Darkest Cloud, but I got this thing for poetry and lyrics that make you stop and rewind the track just so you can hear it again, Illogic and Vakill are the remedy.
Point you didnt come off wrong man, i agree with you and i wish i had the money to buy all the albums i like. I dont download whole albums much unless they are posted in this thread, if im on slsk i get a few tracks to see if i like the artist and then add them to my ever expanding list if i do like em. Of course this could all be because im on 56k at home and downloading an album would take 3 to 4 days.
Any spare money i have i spend on music its just that once the bills (mortgage, food, school fees, insurances etc) are paid there isnt a whole lot left. My wife keeps trying to get me to buy new clothes but my money always goes on CD's if i have it.

Me, hh, Tengu, Stranglelove, Phat J, Point, and I believe somebody else, were all there. Pretty much all the hip-hop regulars minus you. I don't know how it's been these past couple of days, but I'm going on today. So everybody say what's up!

Thanks man, its good to be back. I've only heard the PLS tracks that have been posted in this thread so far, im gonna try and leave it at that until i can buy the album (i want to have a few surprises). Hopefully i can get it before xmas but money is always tight around this time of year.
I absolutely love what i've heard so far from PLS, even though Yy seems to have improved a bit thats still not good enough for the beats that mcenroe is coming up with. Smitty is always gonna bring the heat and mcenroe is clever enough with his rhymes to get away with not have a great flow, so Yy is really not needed imo.
I'll be on slsk when i get home from work tonight, its only usually you left by then D00m but i hope to chat with some more of you when the planets and timezones align. Great to hear there are so many KMCers on slsk, all we need now is DB and Deck and the whole gang is there.

**** no, im not gonna pay 400 bucks for a videogame. i bought an xbox off someone from work, and realized videogames just arent that fun anymore. ive heard that fable was a crazy game from so many people, and i played it for ten minutes and havent even thought about goin back to it until i ehard it playin in my room. its too bad cuz i just bought this xbox.
ill get some sports games and some more controllers, maybe some games where i can cap some people.
Im happy with my Xbox. I mostly play sports games like NBA Live and Fifa, the new Matrix game is pretty fun to.
My friend has being trying to get me into PC strategy games but i just dont have the patience to learn how to play or the coordination to do 26 things at once like some of those games require. 😮💨
