^its all good. we in a bump right now but at least we still up 500. HOW BOUT THEM DALLAS?
but anyways, i think it's unfair for nas not to be mentioned in a list of "conscious MCs" especailly since hes been doing that since live at the bbq.
1 more thing... i only heard a few joints but i think aceyalone got a weak flow.

Great list and welcome to the thread. I would also suggest some Blackalicious, Brother Ali, Cunninlyguists, Blackstar and J-Live to. They're all pretty easy to understand (non abstract) and their production is top notch. Keep us posted as to whether you can convert them or not.
Thanks. I will do. 👆 I've only just recently gotten into hip hop myself, been listening to it for a couple of months. Mainly why I'm asking you guys.

damnno nas?
I han't heard much by Nas.. Uhh, I think just 'Bridging The Gap' and 'Remember The Times'.
From -hh-'s list I've only heard of Common, Zion I, Wu Tang Clan and Cannibal Ox.. Like I said, only recently started listening to hip hop. I was actually pretty suprised that it's so good. Compared to mainstream rap it's crazy.
^cosigns everything.
i have that illadelph cd but i havent been giving it enough burns. and if anybody can upload the 2 other Supastition albums, i have the chain letters (2005)... ill appreciate it.
