I've recently been getting into a lot of Sage Francis. Anyone else?
I used to be a big fan of Sage pre-2002. The first half of Personal Journals is amazing. and Hope with Joe Beats was a really good album. Don't follow him that much these days. But he's still a dope MC to me.

Don't do one of your 3 month disappearing acts again. Remember, fantasy football coming up. I'm already half way done making a magic potion that'll convince you to take Joey Harrington with your first pick. MUHAHHAHAHHA!
Good ol' Strangelove. The only person here who shares my love for fantasy sports. Can't wait man. Get it started... or shall I? We should have made a baseball league!

I'm absolutely loving what i'm hearing from this ad, and that midget is hilarious!EDIT: Here's some more of that hilarious midget http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Ank7Wn3Z-I&NR=1
I'll admit that I haven't given it a proper spin, but I loved what I heard. Thinking about playing it now.

Nah man Clipse have this certain turn of phrase...it's hard to explain they just have the mic presence to make their shit work. I haven't heard anyone with the basic charisma to make this coke talk work since Reasonable Doubt. They're that good. And Pharrel and Chad are pretty much invincible. Unbelievable beats + hard, smart lyrics = stupidly dope album.
😆
is this racist? im so confused, but his voice is hilarious

maybe so but they just don't appeal to me that much
Guys, buy this. Please.
Such a good album. I quite like his group, Procussions, so I was interested to hear the results of Mr J going solo, but I never expected it to outshine the work of the group. He's awesome.
Check this song out, didn't realise there was a video for it until today. Make sure you listen to the lyrics, because the video is very literal, as in it depicts the story he's telling in his rhymes. Powerful stuff:

Whats up guys, seems like i havent been here in years. Good to see the locals are still keepin it real and keepin the thread alive. So how is everyone, h, D00m, Dr, Deck, DB (nice track and vid homie), Phat, P and the rest. What have you guys been up to?
I've been working hard and also fixing up our new house out in the country, havent really had much time to post but hopefully i can spend a bit more time on KMC in the foreseeable future. Still lovin hip hop but i havent peeped anything new since that new Ali joint. Been mostly listening to dudes like Mos, The Roots, Supa, J-Live, Common, Can Ox and Cunninlyguists in between other genres. Still following the NBA religiously, D00m we have to have a catch up on all things hoops bro. Still hittin that 😮💨 to.
Anyway i'll check in later and chat with you guys, i just wanted to drop by before i was placed on a KMC milk carton or some shit.
Peace. 😮💨

I remember this track from the Cleaner compilation. Thanks for reminding me, I think i might buy it if i can find it.
Yeah I think you were the only one who actually listened to that. I don't know if you got the Procussions album in the end, but his album is definitely superior. Constance never gets old, even after hearing that snippet of it on the compilation a bunch of times.

Aw, man. This is the Vast Aire we know and love. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1oYEaDyr0mc
I can't stay mad at him.
Meh. You got me all hyped up to hear that, but his verse wasn't even the strongest on that track, imo. He'll never be what he was, he's taken a massive step back and become too obsessed with his street cred, it seems.
Australian hip-hop; new to me. Good song, awesome video:
