Nah, I just dislike disrespect to people that don't merit it.

And ya, 69 Boys was probably the worst out of all of them because of the "Yo, we 69 Boys, ya'll"

Shit list when they take Cunninlynguists over the multitude of other retarded names in the world. And I like Del's name.

To be fair, both those names are kind of goofy. If they weren't both legends and just standard rappers I'd never heard of, I'm pretty sure my first thought would be ''dumb name''.

Other decent artists with poor name choices:

Kurious Jorge
Big Boi
Beans
Percee P
Rodney P
B-Real
Bootie Brown
Big Noyd
Ill Bill
Duo Live (removed the pun and thus the meaning from their original name)
Bone Thugs (all of them)

The Dusty Foot Philosopher? Slept on by a bunch of goats, but 'In The Beginning', 'What's Hardcore', and the eponyomous title track are so wack that you ain't got Jack to say, Mack.

Check it and tell me I'm a liar, and I'll show you a fish in love with it's own broken mirror.

you have a link to the album?

Anybody heard of John Robinson? He has an album coming out in the Spring which includes production by MF Doom, Madlib, J Dilla, Dangermouse, and others. Anyone knew of him already cos this guy just came out of nowhere and has the Fab 4 on his album. Wow, look at that lineup.

I think he's from Scienz of Life. That's how he knows the four.

yeah, he has 2 mixtapes out called the leak editions. i really like him, hes sort of hit and miss though. the first leak edition is really good, the second ones okay. hes got tracks with all those guys on the first one too. id recommend that, maybe not the second one.

gonna listen to this later today. i'm hoping it's gonna be great.

To be fair, hip hop MCs have it tough.

If they don't have a decent MC name, they almost certainly have a shit real name.

Clifford Smith = Method Man.
Reggie Noble = Redman.
Alvin Joiner = Xzibit.
Calvin Broadus = Snoop Dogg.
GZA = Gary Grice. Sounds like a plumber. "Gary Grice's pipe and drain, cheap as you like.".

Funniest I've heard is Busta Rhymes, aka Trevor.

I'll say that again. Trevor.

Deathblow whats your avatar? what album is that?

The latest Hospitality mix CD by Cyantific, it's drum & bass though.

What do you guys think I need to get sooner? The Unseen - Quasimoto, St. Elsewhere - Gnarls Barkley or Champion Sounds - Jaylib?

all are worth a listen. i'd grab The Unseen.
