Freestyle-wise he's good (or so I've heard), but his written stuff can be pretty poor. He was the weakest link on The W, and his Yin & Yang album was horrible. That's why I was so suprised with him on Iron Maiden, his flow is hot as hell and the lyrics are venomous on an Inspectah Deck level.

Iron Flag is good in places, but yeah pretty poor overall.
I'm not too worried about Wu Tang, they've had a surge recently, GZA, Ghostface, RZA, Killarmy have all made nice albums recently, and Masta Killa gave us the best Wu solo since '95 (apart from Supreme Clientele). They're not going anywhere for a while.
