"Maybe they even climbed out of the swamps. Disguised as men they try to rule the world. Their evilness is spread but the elves stop it. We always do," said Arwen. She started to stitch the bandage on so it can stay on longer.

((((Actually, DR, Tela doesn't think she knows 😛 )))

Tela chuckled. "You know we are better than the men." Wincing she layed her hand on her wound. "Pain never comes easy."

(( 😆 got that right 😆 ))

Theomer looked down at her from next to the bed. "I should have to slap you if you say that about my race again," he joked.

"Sorry." Tela said. Theomer had to be the nicest of men she had ever met. He actually wasn't out to kill her. She winced.

Dagaron stood outside the door and quickly bandaged it up. The last thing he needed was someone to baby him. He would melt the wound shut himself later. He walked in and saw Tela on the bed. "Are you alright? Who all was targeted?"

"Lady Arwen, me, you, and Lord Theomer." Tela answered wincing. The pain slowly disappearing. Her ody was becoming numb. "Sorry I couldn't be of more help."

"I don't know why though," said Arwen.

"No, thats all I needed to know. They are assassins, some of the human race, and some of another, who make a cheap imatation of a human arrow. Our enemy must have caught wind of this little meeting and wanted to kill us before we could start." He glanced at Theomer. "Were you hit?"

((btw, Tela, i just saw my name in ur list of cool ppl, i am honored 😄 😱 🤣 ))

((oh hey I'm in there too! 😄 😄))

"No, but an arrow grazed my horse."

((I'm there too. How am I cool exactly? Just wondering of course.))
Arwen looked at them and nodded.

Dagaron could feel himself getting a bit light headed from the loss of blood. "I'm going to search around for a bit."
He bowed and made his way out of the room. He quickly found a forge and stuck his dagger in the heated coals. Once it was hot, he pulled it out and pulled the clothe off his wound. He placed the hot metal on the wound and clentched his jaw at the pain as the wound sizzled shut. Once it was done, he slightly limped around the grounds, looking for anymore intruders.

Arwen drank from her goblet in health to Elrond.

Tela sat up. It was obvious she was dizzy. She tried to stand ut fell back on her bed.

"Don't try to get up, you've lost a lot of blood. Just rest for awhile."

Tela growled. Stubbornly she sat back up. "I am fine. A little arrow will not keep me down." she said finally getting enough strength to stand. She was still woby and felt her knees would uckle any moment, but she would not let this

Once Dagaron was sure there was no one around, he slightly limped into the room with the others and sat in a chair, giving his leg a rest. "So, what are we going to do?"

"Hunt thses assins down. They should be put to trial before Lord Elrond, although I personally want to kill them." Tela said. She knew right from wrong and right from what 'feels' right.

Dagaron nodded, his eyes unfocused, staring at the gournd, thinking of the pain shooting up his leg. "Someone better find them before I do, b/c i'll kill them."

"They have done us great harm," said Arwen. "They must pay for thier misdeeds."

Tela sighed. She walked shakily barely keeping her balance towards her bedroom door. She needed out of that house!

Dagaron looked at the others. "Let her go. She can handle herself." He focused on his own pain, trying to make it go away. "I'm going to take a horse and search the surrounding hillsides and forests. We need to find these would be assassins."
