I’m afraid to ask what your talking about. 😖 But I think I know what it is and the answer is no, not really, no 2 women are the same. (same goes for males) They can be a like but not the same. so both up-down and side-side tongue techniques shouldn't just be labeled for one of the sexes. Both should be used and whatever technique works for your partner use it. 😉
