Wow, what an audassity, you've only just joined this game and have hardly done any waiting in comparison to many of the members in this game. The Slytherin prefect is complaining when Slytherin are the only ones who have been late every single challenge, and the rest of us have accomodated all excuses, pushed back deadline after deadline and even averaged our Houses points which did us no justice at all when Slytherin did half the work the rest of us did and entered only one entry instead of two in the first challenge and none of us moaned about taking points back when we let them be co-winners of that challenge. But you wouldn't know that would you since you've barely just arrived in the scale of things - we're doing what we can and the challenge is definitely on its way. I'm sorry if I shound harsh, but trust me, we've all been kept waiting a hell of alot longer then you have yet regardless of how much we've tried to speed things up in the past. It just doesn't work that way, the game takes it's time to accomodate all who participate and if/once you've been here abit longer you'll realise that patience is an asset 😉
aaa/ Sorry Rebphoe, (sorry all for posting this here), but I don't agree with you! Grriffyndor, my house had enough time to come up with a challenge and there is no excuse for that! I mean, common I even suggested those that are active to vote for 1 of the proposals in the common room, even if that was not done, the heads or the prefects should have chosen one of the challnge. It is simply unacceptable !!!
bbb/ as for Slytherins being unactive in the past I agree with you, and thats why now we have new prefects in Slytherins who are extremely active, and I encourage them to remind, not just us, but also the other houses when there will be delay. And it not fair to blame the new prefects for things that happended in the past, as for the newbies, everyone is the same over here.WE ARE ALL EQUAL!!!! No matter, who, when and where has joined our community at KMC! Hope you will undertant, I'm just backing the same princps that you were establsihing some when in the past, when we started this !!!

*Sigh* Uni, where was I blaming Raven for the past? I wasn't blaming him for any of that in the slightest, I was saying that he shouldn't act like Slytherin are the only ones waiting or that they are sick of waiting when he has hardly waited at all in comparison to members like you and I who have been here since the beginning. Plus, it was ironic that the complaints were coming from the House who the ones who have continually kept everybody waiting in every challenge. I know we are all equal Uni, did you forget who it was who argued alongside you non stop about keeping things fair for all members and all of the input for the official rules you came up with? It was me remember 😉
As for our House and how long we are taking - you've just said the prefects should have chosen one challenge. Well to be honest Uni I signed in today hoping to see your input on the challenge we are finalising but it wasn't there which suggests to me that you haven't read it all because I, one of the Gryff prefects, did indeed take action and try to move things along. People did vote actually and when I came in last week I saw that most had voted for the Triwizard Tournament/Tasks hence I wrote up some suggestions, some commented and Rogue posted for me to go ahead but as yet nobody wrote which of the options they wanted as the third task. That's not my fault, I've done and am doing my job.
^If the challenge goes through and is officially announced, anyone in the House can participate 🙂 so anybody can post (in your common room) the answers if they know it or post suggestions if they are not sure and want help or confirmation.
The same goes for all tasks and all challenged, they are open for everybody to contribute either by working together or individuals posting answers/entry ideas. When it comes to actually submitting the entry one of the House prefects (or a member if a prefect is unavailable) posts the finished entry in the Inter-House Challenge Thread under the House name and when all antries are in one prefect from each House judges them and sends the scores to either Tassie or Rogue by PM. To make sure that each House judges by the same standards a scoring system is announced by the House that makes the challenge.
Hope that answers all possible questions! I know I answered more then you asked, but I thought it might be helpful to know that stuff too 🙂

I was talking about entries in general, sorry about that - ack my head is elsewhere, should have been more specific. In regards to the Q & A round you're right - go with what I posted in the official notice in your House threads - for the answers to those, PM them to each other for consultation, do not post them. But for the rest of the tasks or any other entry in general we can post them as usual because they are always different anyway 🙂
EDIT - Each House will answer questiosn from the same set, they will answer 6 out of 8 because they can't answer their own ones obviously 🙂.
ok gryffindor has decided! now this is the basic detail, but just 2 let u guys know so u dont kill us.
FINAL STATISTICS: triwizard tasks. the 3 tasks r: create a potion including a list of ingredients, come up with questions involving the world of harry potter, and the last 1 is create a theory.
again, basic detail. we'll figure out everything else possibly 2morrow.
OFFICIAL CHALLENGE NO:4
TRIWIZARD TOURNAMENT:
Task 1) A Potion/Charm Each House can choose to 'make' a potion or charm for ONE of the following options:
*Love
*Protection
*Sleeping
*Good Luck
*Good Health
*Money
Now, for this task each House must research and list all of the ingrediants they would use for the potion/charm that they choose and why they have chosen them, then write the directions, the supposed outcome and any possible side effects.
Task 2) 'Question/Answer' Round - 8 questions in total, 2 submitted from each House. When answering, only answer the questions from the other Houses hence each House shall answer 6 questions each.
Task 3) Theory challenge. Give plausible reasons/ideas as to why Dumbledore refuses to make Snape the DADA teacher even though he knows how experienced Snape is and how much he wants it.
DEADLINE: 7th July 2004
Scoring system to be announced and please submit your Task 2 questions to one of the Gryff prefects or just post them in our House thread.
