Agreed tracy. That would work. The prefects can select 3-5 people in there house. I like it.RTO, this could work, as LadySlytherin has pointed out. It's just that you would have 3-5 different people judging all 3 houses and they could communicate between each other on what scores to give each category.
There is nothing averaged. This way, we'll have more people involved in the judging. Plus, the amount of member a house has, has nothing to do with this. SO I don't know how we can talk about fairness or whatever.
I've said it tons of time, but if you're in a house and you dont' see that many members, drop them an e-mail or PM. but I dont' see how the amount of members have anything to do with the judging.

Most people are on vacation right now, so they could hardly be bothered with us.
Some people-- like myself-- are dealing with computer problems, so they can't be here often.
Maybe some might respond to the PMs.
But I think Rogue's idea works well.
Having only the Prefect of a House judge doesn't seem really fair. The prefect's decision is supposed to represent the entire House's decision.
At first, it worked well when we only had a few members in the I-H, therefore only the prefects were made to judge.
But now that there are more active members present, we should let everyone, who wants to, be a part of the judging.
RTO, it doesn't matter how many persons are active in a house-- even if one House has 7 active members, and the other only has 4-- in the end, there is only one final averaged score per each house, from each house.
The members of the House who want to judge, should PM their scores to the Prefect of their House, who can then average them..
So this new method should come into effect soon.. 🙂
Anyways-- Please STOP posting unnecesarily in this thread. This thread is SIMPLY for the submission of entries, and for posting the results of the challenges, and the scoring schemes. Use the Sorting Hat to chat, or PM the Heads if you have any problems or concerns with anything said here.
^^Not really. If you want to look at it that way, then you should also say that it's not fair that some Houses have less than others to participate in the Challenge itself.
The same people from each House who participate in the Challenge can be the ones to take part in the judging.
No unfairness there.
It now seems unfair that one person from each House (the prefect, that is) has to judge the Challenge, and make a decision that will represent the entire House's decision.
And concerning the House members list-- you can ask Rogue; I'm at an Internet Cafe so I don't have mine.
