I know its 18 in the US

In the US:
to smoke: it's 18.
to have sex: i'm not sure but it's illegal for a minor to have sex with someone 18 or older.
to drink: 21
to gamble: 21
to drive: 15 1/2 to take the test. 16 to drive with the permit. 18 to get your license.
