That's just it, I don't know the issue #. I saw it on a scan here on KMC. The monster totally humiliated Hulk. I'm still looking for it.
Funny thing is, that's Banner Hulk in that scan Wickerman showed us. Much weaker than Savage Hulk, but still strong enough to take it to Godzilla.
Godzilla's bigger than Hulk, and that's it. Godzilla being much larger than the Hulk is a disadvantage. Thermonuclear breath isn't enough to down a guy who can take planet rending blasts to the chest and keep coming.

But really, even if this did indeed occur, does it really sway the fight much in Godzilla's favor? Hulk has been up against beings far stronger than Godzilla, or even the Godzilla-like monster that you've mentioned, and physically dominated them. I don't see the logic in saying that Godzilla wins. Hulk has every advantage.
Hulk is stronger, and will only get stronger as the fight continues. Hulk is faster, and much more mobile than Godzilla. Durability is a close call, but Hulk's durability increases with rage as well. Hulk has far more battle cunning, and even as Savage Hulk, Hulk would be smarter than a mindless monster.
Saying that Godzilla wins despite all of Hulk's advantages is beyond logic, bordering fanboyism.

Anyways the crossover is not relative to the fight but it does give some insight on what could happen.

Besides, it would depend on which incarnation of Hulk is/was used both in the crossover and in this fight.

Actually, I'm kinda siding with Jinzin here. For all of Hulk's strength, he's around 8 ft tall and weighs a little over a half ton. To something of Godzilla's size, scale, and physical make up, he's like a house cat attacking an elephant.
In order for Hulk to do any of his high end lifting feats, he's going to need some serious leverage, which will be very hard to come by against a being of Godzilla's scale. Not to mention the fact that Godzilla has a healing factor himself and is made of malleable flesh. It's going to be like Hulk punching at a gigantic mass of self repairing rubber that fights back and fires thermonuclear blasts and beams.
Hell, even if Hulk manages to grab Godzilla by the tail, all Godzilla has to do is lift his tail 10+ feet above the ground and Hulk has no ground to stand on and no leverage for his strength.
Also, as small as Hulk's fists are compared to Godzilla's mass, he'd have to garner some extreme velocity to cause any sort of extreme puncture damage given the physical make up of Godzilla's hide, as well as the fact it's self sustaining (healing factor).
On the other hand, Hulk has been reduced to sinew and bones by being repelled by extreme force. I'm not sure of the velocity of Godzilla's thermonuclear breath, but I'm sure a focussed attack of that magnitude would cause some damage if it connects.
hulk would kill that lizard have u guys forgot hulk can heal meaning he has healing factor and barely feels anything and the madder he gets the stronger and bigger he gets so him fighting godzillai someone he can't take down that easy would have him pissed and then beat the hell out of godzilla if that dos'nt work he's made of gamma duh he can blow the whole world to bits if he want but he portects it so he can just use some of his gamma to kill godzilla but godzilla would put up a fight untill hulk gets maddd but if it was bruce banner hulk would crush him but it's hulk
