the fact that even primed abomination is only 2 1/2 times the hulks base strength ddoesnt give him much advantage given the hulks ragr/strength increments. Only someone like superman or Thor or doomsday have a big enough starting advantage to potentially beat hulk coz they already have 100 times his strength(at least 500 times in supes' case)
